Themeson products are designed for WordPress. We ensure compatibility with the latest stable version of WordPress and major themes/plugins. However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with:

• Outdated WordPress versions
• Conflicting third-party plugins or themes
• Non-standard hosting environments

4. Refund Policy

We offer refunds on a case-by-case basis within 30 days of purchase if:

• The product does not work as described and we cannot resolve the issue
• A critical bug prevents basic functionality

Refunds are not available for:

• Change of mind or no longer needing the product
• Failure to read product descriptions before purchase
• Issues caused by third-party conflicts
• Requests made after 30 days

5. Support

Active license holders receive premium support via our help desk. Support includes:

• Bug fixes and troubleshooting
• Installation and configuration assistance
• Feature clarification

Support does not include custom development, theme customization, or third-party integration beyond documented features.

6. Anti-Piracy Policy

All Themeson products are protected by license verification. Using pirated, nulled, or illegally distributed copies is strictly prohibited. We actively monitor and block unauthorized installations.

If you obtained a Themeson product from a source other than themeson.com, it is likely pirated and may contain malware. Please purchase a legitimate license to protect your website.

We collect minimal data necessary to operate our services:

• License data: Domain name, activation status
• Usage data: Plugin version, WordPress version (for update checks)

We do not sell, share, or distribute your personal data to third parties. Payment processing is handled securely via PayPal and aMember.
